Accessing Google Search Console:

After creating your Google account, the first thing we will do is go to one of our browsers and type Google Search Console. On your results page, click on the website that will appear as Google Search Console. After clicking on the website you will go to the home page of the website which will appear on your computer screen like this.

After clicking on the Start Now button that appears on the home page, you will be transferred to the login page of the website.

Login by using Domain method:

If you want to link your website with the help of a domain on Google Search Console, it means that your new domain is a purchased domain, it is obvious that when you have bought a domain, it will have sub-domains along with it. Only when you have enough subdomains within a domain will you link your website to GSC with your domain method. When you link your property with the search console using the domain method, you have to write your website something like that shown below:

After you put your website link there you have to click on continue button after which you will be given an html code which will act as your OTP. You have to give this code to the place where you bought the domain from so that they can put your OTP or this code in the head section of your website and then your website will be verified on Google Search console.

Another way to get link your website to GSC is to use URL prefixes. The URL prefix method is used when you have a website whose domain has not been purchased by you or when you have a domain that does not have any subdomains in front of it. There can be many types of such website but let me explain you with reference to Blogger website.

What is Blogger?

First of all, you need to know what blogger actually is. Blogger is a platform where you are given free domains through which you can create your website and upload whatever you want on your personal website. By doing what is legal you can run your own website.

If you have a website other than Blogger, it is important that your website and your Google Search Control should be logged in with the same Google account, which will benefit from easy verification. will be able to.You have to choose a browser in which you will login your blogger id and within that browser you will login your google webmaster then using URL prefix method. Link your domain to your website easily with GSC.

This is how you would write your website address using the URL prefix:

https://www.example.com or https://www.example,blogspot.com etc

You have to take special care that you do not make any mistake in your website address otherwise your website will not be able to link there. Once you have entered your website address correctly then click on the continue button after which your verification will be done automatically because your blogger id and your Both the Google IDs of Google Search Console are the same. After that you will be transferred to the main page of Google Search Console which will look like this.

You have done most of the work of linking your website but the work does not end there, there are some important steps which are explained below:

 

When you are on its main page, you have to look on the left side of your computer where you will be shown all the features of Google Search Console. Scroll down a little and go to the setting option. Go to where the next task will start.

After going to the settings option, you will see a lot of features that you can use later, but first, if you look at the top, you will see a green tick that says you are a variffied owner. All you have to do is click there and move on.

How to verify HTML tags?

Verifying HTML tags is very easy, first you have to click on HTML Tax option after which you will be given an HTML code ie a code that you copy. After doing this, you have to go to your blogger or any other website from where you have taken it and paste it inside the head section of its coding, after which you will return to the Google search console. You will click on the Verify button after which your website will be fully verified if it is yours. It is show like this:

Another important point here is that your website will remain verified as long as the code you pasted in the head section of the website remains there as soon as the code is removed from your website. The site will be back to unverified.

Importance or other options:

The other options you see here are important to use for other types of websites other than Blogger.

If I explain to you in simple words, this is exactly the same way you do using a domain, but here you have to use a platform other than Blogger, which is Wordpress. Or something else can be done by going to up word press where you have purchased your site and you will give this link to your website and paste your link in the ad section of your website.
